The Fatal Early Notification System is a new Louisiana eCrash feature.  Selecting 100 (K) Fatal Injury under Circumstances opens a brief form that should be completed and submitted as soon as reasonably possible.  This information is sent only to Louisiana DOTD for prompt site inspection and necessary repairs.  Once submitted, the form cannot be accessed again and will not be included in the eCrash report.
