Louisiana eCrash will be provided free of charge to Louisiana Law Enforcement agencies through a project funded by the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission. The Center for Analytics & Research in Transportation Safety (CARTS) at Louisiana State University, will facilitate the deployment and provide real time support to Law Enforcement Agencies in Louisiana.
