The Advanced Messaging Platform (AMP) is a Louisiana eCrash messaging system that improves communication among law enforcement, LSU CARTS, and LA DOTD. Each message is linked to a specific crash report and appears as a pop-up with a link to the report. CARTS and DOTD may use AMP to request updates, such as BAC or toxicology results and injury-status changes.
