In the summer of 2019, Col. Kevin Reeves of the Louisiana State Police asked the Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development (DOTD), the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission (LHSC), and the Louisiana State Police (LSP) to form a committee to oversee a major update to Louisiana’s Crash Report form and its supplements. Since then, the Louisiana Crash Report Steering Committee (LA-CRSC) has made great progress in fulfilling this mission.
