If your machine is not automatically updating then something on your organization's network is blocking the CRDL Updater Service from working. Please contact your IT support group to help resolve this issue.

Louisiana eCrash should automatically update in the background due to the CRDL Updater Service. Even if MOVELA applications are closed, the CRDL Updater tries to check if all the applications are up to date. If the applications need an update then it will attempt to update the application in the background of your machine.
